How to Check Your Phone’s OS for Drivers

To keep everything running smoothly, we ask all drivers to have the latest OS (operating system) running on their phones. The requirements to run the Lowkel driver app are:  

iPhones: iOS 13.0 or Above
Android: Android 6.0 Marshmallow or Above

You can check your Phone’s OS by following these steps: 

For Apple:

To Check Your iOS on Your iPhone:

• Select your Settings App from your homepage or phone’s apps
• In Settings, select “General”
• In General, select “About”
• Your phone’s iOS version will be listed under the field “Software Version”

To Update Your Phone’s iOS: 

• Select your Settings App from your homepage or phone’s apps
• In Settings, select “General”
• In General, select “Software Update”
• In Software Update, follow any provided instructions to update your phone’s iOS

For Android:

To Check Your iOS on Your Android:

• Open Your Phone’s Menu
• Select “System Settings” 
• In System Settings, scroll down to “About Phone” or “About Device”
• In “About Phone/Device”, you will be able to see it under “Android Version”
  • If not, find and select “Software Info”
  • In Software Info, your OS version can be found in the field “Android Version”
